Appointments:
Three appointments are required to complete your design. A first initial meeting to collate your specifications. A second meeting after 7 working days to present you with a layout of your design including quote and a third to approve your proof.
Production Time:
Production requires 8 weeks for completion and delivery date will be decided in advance at initial appointment. Orders required prior to the 8 week production time will need to be notified in advance and may incur a surcharge.
Deposits & Approval:
On placing your order a 50% deposit will be required. Proofing of all text and guest information will be required prior to production as will approval of design and layout.
Payment:
Full quote will be provided on presentation of design layout. On approval and placement of order a 50% deposit will be required and balance will need to be paid on final delivery. All prices include GST and only cash, money order and bank cheques will be accepted. Unfortunately we cannot accept personal cheques.
Viewing the Finished Product:
Simply Giorgi Designs are handcrafted individually so each piece is unique and a slight variation may occur, this does not effect the workmanship, quality or detail of your design. Materials are subject to availability.
Alterations:
Once signed approval has been received for final layout no further changes can be made to text and design.
Errors:
All text will be submitted for your final approval, should you receive an item that has been misprinted (when compared to information you have submitted) please notify us at your earliest convenience and product will be reprinted for you at no exta charge. Unfortunately changes or errors made by the client after proof approval or have been misread by the client will be the responsibility of the client and at the client's expense. All care should be taken at time of proofing process.
Refunds:
Once order has been placed, deposit received and proofing has taken place no refunds will be given.
Client Policy:
You and your guest's confidentiallity are of the utmost importance. Once your event date has passed all information will be deleted. Information is not submitted to a third party.
